I wish the dealership could have done more to appease our frustrations, as we drove a long way specifically because of the false information. But having been to Folsom Nissan and Roseville Nissan, I would choose Elk Grove again. More

He was very low pressure through t We recently purchased a used 2016 Mazda 6 from NISSAN ELK GROVE. Omar Bubakar sold us the vehicle and he was great! He was very low pressure through the process and we didn't feel any of that sales pressure that we worry about when shopping for a used vehicle. The negotiations were straight forward and easy. Omar just gave me useful info about the car and rode with me on the test drive. The car was in excellent shape and reasonably priced. After the drive, Omar was very friendly and frank in the negotiation aspect. He was able to go down in price quite a bit to what I could afford, and I ended up getting an awesome car. Even after I signed up on the dotted line, he still had the car fully detailed while we were working out the financing, which was a nice (and unexpected) touch. I feel he went above and beyond by doing this. He called me again a few hours and one day later to make sure it was ok and I have no questions. So even after having sold me the car, he still took a silly issue seriously - again going above and beyond. Overall it was a very positive experience and I feel the company and Omar in particular care deeply about the customer experience and treat their customers with respect and honesty. More
