We were called at 2:00 pm and told the car was ready. We arrived at 4:00 pm and had to wait for another 45 min before we got the car. For what we got, a glorified oil change we paid about $135.00 less a coupon. I will find some place ealse to take my car from now on. Our over all satisfaction with Elk Grove Nisson has been very bad. We tried several times to purchase our car there, but had to go to Roseville to get what we wanted. I could not care less if your dealership CLOSED. More
I cannot answer in the "Price" category because service prices for me, a person on a fixed income, are entirely too expensive. I always feel prices are awful. I spent over $700.00 on the car including the 60 mile check-up which found the problems which required fixing. I was grateful that Mike pointed out I could at least use my warranty for a portion of the cost. More
The first visit to the dealership was to drive a new Murano. All sales staff were busy when we arrived so the receptionist assisted in getting a staff person to assist us. After greeting us we mentioned we would like to drive a Murano so Randy took us out to look at what they had on the lot. A new Murano LE that came close to what we had in mind was on the lot and Randy immediately went to get the keys and took us out for a test drive. During the test drive we casually discussed what other autos we were looking at and during the course of the discussion price came up. Randy verbally indicated he could get us to the price we mentioned we were looking for. After getting back to the dealership we talked for a few minutes more, let Randy know we would be driving a few other models, and left. A few days later we called to see if Randy was working. He was not, but we were informed to call him directly and he met us at the dealership in an hour. He had us take another test drive and then we returned to the dealership to negotiate. This process took no more than ten minutes with most of that answering questions for the various forms. It took only one back and forth on price to get the deal we were looking for and had discussed a few days earlier. All along Randy was low pressure and very cordial to work with. After striking a price deal for the Murano, we met with Dave in Finance. He provided a five minute computer presentaion for us on various option we could consider (i.e extended warraty, etc.) while he put together his paperwork. He then went over the various options in different package levels, briefly describing the pros and cons. Dave was thorough in presenting the options but did not over presusure the products. The finance process took only about ten minutes even with the computer presentation (which is very helpful). The entire experience was very pleasant, all staff at the dealership were friendly, and the total time to test drive, negotiate, and complete the paperwork was less than an hour. I would, and have, recommended Elk Grove Nissan to those looking for a new Nissan. More
I brought my 2009 Maxima to Nissan of Elk Grove an hour before closing time. I was experiencing A/C problems. Tina Long immediately got into my car to confirm that the A/C was blowing anything but cool air before closing time. I was experiencing A/C problems. She had the A/C tech on my car in minutes. After inspecting & recharging the A/C system, I was back on the road in less than an 1.5 hours. I contacted a few other dealerships prior to Nissan of Elk Grove, and felt that I was being talked down to and told what I should do rather than given options and information by the Sales Staff. It was a huge relief to work with Eric and Anthony, who provided me with the highest level of customer service, and continued to listen to what I needed as far as price and value in a car. I am extremely grateful to them for cutting the stress out of my buying experience. I would reccomend and refer all of my family and friends to Nissan of Elk Grove.... and I will continue to be a return client for years to come. Thank you again!! My initial reason for choosing this dealership was their professional attitude and detailed answers they gave to me over the internet and by phone while I asked them numberous questions covering many areas of concern. I found them to be honest and truly interested in helping me get the best deal possible. And I did get the best car deal imagineable, thanks to them! More

I remember when I followed my parents to buy a car before, it was nothing but painful because of bunch of unclear fees and had a tough battle just to get a few tens of dollars off. With my passed experience, I was expecting for the worst when I went to Nissan Elk Grove to buy my first owned car. Complete opposite to my expectation, it was a friendly and smooth process. I was first introduced to Robbie. He carefully addressed all my concerns regarding to hybrid vehicles, different upgrades, colors of the model, and suggested me not only to test the car I want to get, but also a hybrid Camry to show me the difference. He let me feel confident to decide on the exact car I want to get. After I picked the car I want, I met Khan Ho. I knew from experience that this is where it gets ugly to have to deal with the price. Again, he proved me wrong. We reached the service desk after getting something to drink. He made sure that I felt comfortable during the whole process. He was friendly, and also honest and clear when showing me how everything will be handled (payment, maintanence, services, how the car works, etc). After Khan and I came to an agreement for the most part, I finally met the finance person, Warren. He helped me to quickly and cleanly took care of the rest of the paper work and I was ready to bring home my new car. It didn't end there though. At the inspection, there were still some parts of the car were it was not perfect. But Khan made sure I was happy so he promised a final fully touch up work on the following week. I know I left there with a smile. I gave overall experience a 4 because it took around 5 hours. Though the time did fly, it's still longer than I wished to spend. But I guess that's just how buying cars goes. More
I am not satisfied with Service of my Nissan SENTRA. Not only did Sang ensure that these blemishes came to my attention, he set me up so I could have the car as perfect as it should be. Sang truly went out of his way to makes sure the car met my expectations. Also, he did not hesitate to go out of his way to help me take delivery of the vehicle (he came in on his day off just to do so, and even during a training break eyeballed the car for me). I can't say enough about the confidence I have in the dealership and my experience at Elk Grove. I look forward to maintaining this relationship in the coming years. I was introduced to Cruz, since my car required some repainting. She was professional and courteous with every interaction. She ensured that I was always updated on what was happening with my car, and again, I was impressed and felt confident that I was being taken care of. Its the little things that go a long way, and I appreciate each and everyone of those things. I arrrived and was waited on promptly. The employee was polite and efficient. He even took my bike out of the truck bed for me.
