I went in for an oil change. I was told my wiper blades needed to be replaced. I thought, why not. As I was driving home I realized something was different. I noticed my front wipers were now visible. needed to be replaced. I thought, why not. As I was driving home I realized something was different. I noticed my front wipers were now visible. The back was hanging low. I returned and the back was adjusted. Fine. The fronts were different wipers. I was told they were better. I can't say I am happy with those. I notice them every time I drive my car. I don't believe the old ones stuck out that much. They seemed to be almost under the hood. Had I known the wipers would be changed along with the blades, I may not have done it. I have yet to see how they hold up when it rains hard. More
Most impressed with personal attention given to each customer. Also impressed with the sense of personal responsibility and ownership each employee demonstrated to solving the customer's problems. And most impressive of all, I was overwhelmed with the sense of teamwork the members of your service department demonstrated while I was there. My service person had gone to lunch and I needed to leave to meet a deadline in my schedule, and the other service dept members actually jumped right into the situation to enable me to be able to get my vehicle and get on my way. If I were the manager of this dealership, I would be so so proud of my personnel and would do everything possible to make sure they stay employed with me forever. They are invaluable!!!!! More
Was able to get service appt on short notice and in afternoon. While waiting, I perused new vehicles. Nothing available that I was interested in- the Altima SR 2010. Kim and John were a pleasure to work with during my recent experience in the service department. The transmission on my Nissan Maxima gave out just after 60,000 miles which was the warranty period. KIm worked with Nissan to have the expense of a remanufactured transmission covered. After having the transmission replaced, the emission system malfunctioned and John was able to have the repairs covered by the warranty as well. Both Kim and John listened to my concerns and made every effort to resolve the issues. After picking up my car, John called me to be sure that everything was working properly. I am thankful to Kim and John for looking after my best interests and appreciate their help! More

Recently I had to have my 2009 Maxima towed to Nissan of Elk Grove. John Brooks handled my insurance covered repair (tranny pan damage). Starting with getting the appointment time I wanted for my tune-up and then meeting Kim in the office, I was treated as special. I was impressed they offered me a rental. Even though the repair took a little longer than they anticipated, they communicated the delay very well. I was also able to take advantage of a coupon from the internet. If I need service in the future, I have a place to go where it will be convenient and I can trust the staff to take care of me. More
ALL THE STAFF WHO WERE INVOLVED WITH MY RECENT SERVICE WERE VERY HELPFUL AND FRIENDLY. HOWEVER, I HAVE ONE SMALL CONCERN ABOUT MY VEHICLE THAT WILL BE TAKEN CARE OF ON MY NEXT SERVICE. THAT ISSUE WAS ADD WERE VERY HELPFUL AND FRIENDLY. HOWEVER, I HAVE ONE SMALL CONCERN ABOUT MY VEHICLE THAT WILL BE TAKEN CARE OF ON MY NEXT SERVICE. THAT ISSUE WAS ADDRESSED WHEN I HAD THE LAST SERVICE PERFORMED, IT HAD TO DO WITH A PREVIOUS SERVICE THAT WAS PERFORMED ON MY NEW VEHICLE BUT NOT FINISHED CORRECTLY. IT HAD TO DO WITH THE FRONT BUMPER RAISING UP WHERE IT METS THE FRONT FENDER A CLIP OR FASTNER WAS INADVERTENTLY LEFT OUT. ALSO A PART WAS ORDERED FOR THE INTERIOR SEAT BACK AND I HAVE NOT HEARD FROM THE PARTS DEPARTMENT ABOUT IT AND IF THEY COULD JUST SEND IT TO ME AND I WILL INSTALL IT. More
