Recently I had to have my 2009 Maxima towed to Nissan of Elk Grove. John Brooks handled my insurance covered repair (tranny pan damage). Starting with getting the appointment time I wanted for my tune-up and then meeting Kim in the office, I was treated as special. I was impressed they offered me a rental. ALL THE STAFF WHO WERE INVOLVED WITH MY RECENT SERVICE WERE VERY HELPFUL AND FRIENDLY. HOWEVER, I HAVE ONE SMALL CONCERN ABOUT MY VEHICLE THAT WILL BE TAKEN CARE OF ON MY NEXT SERVICE. THAT ISSUE WAS ADD WERE VERY HELPFUL AND FRIENDLY. HOWEVER, I HAVE ONE SMALL CONCERN ABOUT MY VEHICLE THAT WILL BE TAKEN CARE OF ON MY NEXT SERVICE. THAT ISSUE WAS ADDRESSED WHEN I HAD THE LAST SERVICE PERFORMED, IT HAD TO DO WITH A PREVIOUS SERVICE THAT WAS PERFORMED ON MY NEW VEHICLE BUT NOT FINISHED CORRECTLY. IT HAD TO DO WITH THE FRONT BUMPER RAISING UP WHERE IT METS THE FRONT FENDER A CLIP OR FASTNER WAS INADVERTENTLY LEFT OUT. ALSO A PART WAS ORDERED FOR THE INTERIOR SEAT BACK AND I HAVE NOT HEARD FROM THE PARTS DEPARTMENT ABOUT IT AND IF THEY COULD JUST SEND IT TO ME AND I WILL INSTALL IT. More
I was greeted when I pulled up, told to leave the key in the car and have a seat in the waiting room.
