We weren't planning on going to Elk Grove Nissan even though we have been looking at Altima 2.5 SL. Their online inventory didn't show the car we were looking for. We had another appointment with another though we have been looking at Altima 2.5 SL. Their online inventory didn't show the car we were looking for. We had another appointment with another dealer (different car), but we were early so we decided to stop by the Nissan dealership. We were greated by a friendly sales team member Steve. Steve was very pleasant from the start. I initially told him that we're just looking and that he didn't have the car we wanted. He took the information, showed us around then asked us if we could wait while he checked the dealer's inventory. Low and behold - Steve did his "magic" and found us the car we have been searching for-for 2 months. The other local Nissan dealers didn't have it and were waiting to "trade" with another dealer. The transaction went smoothly. Steve was just an overall great person: Great personality. Great sense of humor. And most importantly very respectful. Vince also helped us with finalizing the paperwork and walked us through the functionalities of our new Altima. We also enjoyed working with Vince. I always have peace of mind going to the EG Nissan service center, every time I pull up for drop off, I am always greeted by someone and only get fast prompt service during checking in.
