Cruz was also very helpful assisting me with a parts issue. She went out of her way and worked with one of the mechanics to provide me the requested parts information. Leo was able to resolve a very complex wiring problem and several fuel pump related issues on my 1990 300ZX.. He is truly an outstanding mechanic with many years of experience and excellent mechanical skills. The entire Nissan team was truly outstanding! The teamwork, customer focus, and highly knowledgeable staff exceeded my expectations. I was 110% satisfied with my service visit. More

Maverick was very polite, friendly, and courteous. We actually purchased our car from Mazda (2013 Mazda M3 hatchback with skyactive) but because the owner of the dealerships owns Mazda, Nissan and Infinity, our salesman, Maverick America (cool name by the hatchback with skyactive) but because the owner of the dealerships owns Mazda, Nissan and Infinity, our salesman, Maverick America (cool name by the way) came over from the Nissan dealership next door to help us with our car. Maverick was honest and I felt like he really wanted me to get the car that would fit my needs the best -he even made me write out a pros and cons list! He had never sold a Mazda before but was willing to step in and do the best job. Our first trip to Mazda the night before was sub-par and in the morning there was no one available to help us out. I had challenged credit and little money for a down payment. To be proactive and save time, I researchd cars online and contacted the internet department in advance. I scheduled an appointment to meet payment. To be proactive and save time, I researchd cars online and contacted the internet department in advance. I scheduled an appointment to meet with a salesman to test drive a few different models that caught my interest and fit my budget. I was running 10-15 minutes late and telephoned the dealership to advise him, I was running late but was on my way. However, when I arrived the saleman was gone! I mean he literally left. The beginning of the end had I not been redirected to another salesman, Sal Escorcia. He was like a deer in headlights because he had no idea the circumstances but he didnt complain. He decided it would be best for us to start from scratch and work together to get the car I wanted and the best deal. He jumped right in and said let's get this done. The vehicles I was considering didn't work out for me and I thought all was lost. I left feeling this was like every other car buying experience I've had in the past. Sal encouraged me to remain positive and he'd keep working hard for me and stay in touch. He did just as he promised. We spoke daily, several times a day. Here's the coolest part. I trusted Sal enough to know what I wanted/liked that I had no idea what car I was purchasing until I reached the dealership to sign the contract! He's that amazing. I have nothing but the highest praise for him. I purchased a loaded 2008 Altima that I love. Everytime I get into my car I think of how hard he worked for me. I have and will continue to recommend Sal to anyone looking to buy a new/used Nissan. He really came through for me and I so appreciate him. Thank you Sal. More
