Most recently I noticed I started loosing pressure in both of my rear tires and took it to Nissan of Elk Grove on a Saturday without an appointment (40 miles away from my home and past two nissan dealers) just so I could be in a place that has always treated me with first class service. I've worked with Cruz before, and I was so lucky to have her work with me again. She is a miracle worker. My single experience this past week was so exceptional, it just cemented the fact that I can only have my car serviced here. Long story short, both rear tires needed to be replaced due to nails and was provided a rental car. It took a few days to get the tires in town, and the expected cost was going to be $1000. I don't know how Cruz did it or if it was even legal, but my cost was half that! She spent over an hour trying to ensure that I got the most benefit out of my maintenance package. Un-freaking-believable. Who does that? Who spends an hour of their time towards the end of the day without even having eaten lunch earlier in the day just to save me so much money. Again, Cruz is unbelievable! I don't know how to thank her and the service I've received at Nissan of Elk Grove. No question I'm going to stay loyal to this dealership. More
I did not talk with a service tech about the installation of my stereo deck. No walkthroughs or explanations. Also I did not get the added-on Mechanical Service Contract cancelled and refunded. I was told that the only refund that I could get was to be applied to the principal balance and not lower monthly payments or a check for the bill I was told that It could take seveal months to see any adjustments on my statement of which I have not yet seen. Cruz went above and beyond helping us with our 45,000 mile service that turned out we needed new rear brakes and tires. She also put us in a larger rental that was covered by Nissan over the Easter holiday while they were working on our car because we were worried about our 6 1/2 month old daughter ( since we had to drive over 100 miles to San Jose and back). I had front-end vibration in my Nissan Quest and brought my van into the Nissan of Elk Grove dealership. The rear brakes were the repair required for my van, other repair need were diagnosed by the Nissan technician, and repairs were taken care on the same day that I brought in my van. Moreover, my van was returned to me washed, detailed, and smelling very good after the repairs were complete. More

We went to Elk Grove Nissan just to look at the choice of colors for the Nissan Altima. We had already decided to work with a dealership close to my husband's work, but they only had five Altimas, and Elk G colors for the Nissan Altima. We met Steve Nguyen, and found the exact car we wanted. Then we talked to him about pricing. One of the things we loved about working with Nissan of Elk Grove was that we continued working with Steve through the purchase process - we weren't handed off to a "closer" as we were at all the other dealerships we went to (both Nissan and non-Nissan dealerships). We honestly hadn't planned on buying a car right then, but they gave us a great deal (especially with the 10 year, 100,000 mi warranty that's only available here) and we ended up taking it home. Steve was great - funny, knowledgable and honest. We would buy another car from him in a heartbeat! More

If you enjoy your standard new car buying experience, slimy salesmen, constantly having to go back and forth with the manager, spending hours and hours playing games and being treated like crap, I would not suggest you go to this dealer. They do none of those things. If you enjoy having your time valued, being treated with respect and appreciated for your business, this is the dealership for you, as long as Ron K is your sales guy. We shopped around at other dealers to narrow our car choice, got the full slimy experience at Autowest Honda and somewhat at Future Nissan. Settled on the Nissan Altima, hooked up with Ron K at Elk Grove Nissan through the Costco program. We made an appointment, came down to the dealer, and he was beyond patient with my eldery mom who is probably one of the most annoying customers ever, he was never frustrated or treated us with anything other than total respect. After looking at E.G. Nissans facebook page, I can see why he sells so many cars. He is the man. I literally felt bad for customers I saw with other sales people, I am sure they were great too, but with Ron it was like I was chatting with a friend with a beer in my hand next to Folsom lake. He is that likable and NOT slimy, NOT rude, NOT pushy, NOT slick, and values your needs and your time. And you know what he did right in the middle of it all? Took a quick phone call from his elderly dad who he takes care of, I have so much respect for someone who puts his family first, I wanted to buy an extra car just for that. And he gushes about his daughters, another plus. We gave him a call to pull the trigger the next day, come to find out he already had gotten the car for us from the bay area. Nice. We came, we signed, dealt with a tad bit of pressure from the finance lady but she was still nice and respectful, and then Ron spent about 90 minutes going over every inch of the car. He set of up moms bluetooth cell phone, which even I am too dumb to do, and we were all set. There was one surprise Ron didnt mention until we got into the finance ladies office, what was that you ask? What did they try to screw us with? Hahha, the vehicle was actually $500 cheaper than we thought due to an incentive that came out that morning. It would have been very easy for them to not mention it, but that is not the type of dealership this is. I cant imagine what this dealership could do to make the sales process better, it was so easy. I have had a worse time buying a couch, by far. I wish I could give them more business, I dont buy new cars very often, but if I am in need, this where I will come. They hit a grand slam!
