After having an absolutely horrible experience with one of our local dealerships, my husband and I started researching cars outside our area. We found a Toyota Sienna located at Nissan of Elk Grove and I d of our local dealerships, my husband and I started researching cars outside our area. We found a Toyota Sienna located at Nissan of Elk Grove and I decided to contact their internet sales department. I was in luck, Omar answered! After reviewing the features of the van together online and going over the CarFax report; Omar went out to the lot and took pictures and test drove the van himself! We made an appointment for us to come down the next day to take a look. Omar met us promptly. His communication with us through the entire process was always clear, prompt and thorough (via email, text, or in person). Immediately, we fell in love with the van and started to talk numbers. While we meet with finance and drew up the paperwork, the team at Nissan of Elk Grove went above and beyond by re-detailing and shampooing our new car inside and out. My husband and I would recommend Nissan of Elk Grove to our friends and family. As a matter of fact, we'll probably go out of our way to make sure everyone knows of this wonderful dealership. When it came time to finish up with the financing, we felt like everything in the contract; etc was very clear. We did not feel like we were left with any surprises or confusion. We understood the offers for the extra servicing plans but we choose to decline them because of the added monthly costs and we had some of them already. It was the best experience we have had buying a used or new vehicle. More

She was also accessible by phone and if she needed to check on specific information, she would always return my call within a very short time frame. I felt like they valued me as a customer and wanted to make a deal I would be happy with. I appreciated that they did not use high pressure sales tactics to force the sale, but instead were sensitive to the type of deal I was looking for.
