I visited Nissan of Elk Grove on a whim and I was really glad that I did. I have had bad experiences with overly aggressive salesmen at other dealerships in the past. The positive buying experience began as soon as I walked through the door. I was warmly greeted by a friendly receptionist who called for a salesman to assist us and offered us refreshments while we waited. The salesman that assisted me, Vu Huynh, was friendly, easy going, and patient. I asked my questions, he answered them knowledgeably, and showed me the options available based on my purchase criteria. He showed me different models and trim levels and I was able to test drive the ones I was interested in. In the end he was able to get me exactly what I wanted at the price point that I was comfortable with. Once we started the paper work, the car went in for detailing, and I began working with a finance manager Dave Hidalgo. He was very friendly and straight forward. I specifically remember him saying, "I wouldn't recommend something that I don't believe in". How can you argue with that? I don't know about you, but that aligns with my personal philosophies for sales. He explained all of the paper work thoroughly, reviewed the maintenance packages and warranties available for purchase then I signed all the paper work. I want readers to keep in mind that I had ZERO intentions of buying a car when I stepped on the lot; but after getting everything squared away, I was able to drive off the lot with a smile on my face. I still have that smile on my face. The purchase experience was THAT GOOD. I will definitely be referring my friends and family to Nissan of Elk Grove. The exceptional level of customer service has made me a loyal customer. More

Vu was very helpful from the very beginning of our experience. When we got to the dealership, Vu had the car we had expressed an interest in already in the showroom. The process was quick and we felt Vu did all he could to answer our questions and satisfy our needs. He was very polite and non-pushy, again refreshing. Once our purchase was complete Vu sat in the car with me and made sure i knew how to utilize all the features of the new car. My husband and I having been coming to Nissan in Elk Grove to service our 2005 Altima since 2007. Our first experience with a service representative was with Cruz Solorzano. She made our service easy, explained everything in detail what is being done to our car and what made need service in the near future. We recently (1/30/13) had some major work done on our Altima and she once again explained what needs to be repaired with detail print outs of the problem along with telling my husband and I in person exactly what happened to our car. Cruz is always a constant professional, very pleasant and contacts us immediatley. After having an absolutely horrible experience with one of our local dealerships, my husband and I started researching cars outside our area. We found a Toyota Sienna located at Nissan of Elk Grove and I d of our local dealerships, my husband and I started researching cars outside our area. We found a Toyota Sienna located at Nissan of Elk Grove and I decided to contact their internet sales department. I was in luck, Omar answered! After reviewing the features of the van together online and going over the CarFax report; Omar went out to the lot and took pictures and test drove the van himself! We made an appointment for us to come down the next day to take a look. Omar met us promptly. His communication with us through the entire process was always clear, prompt and thorough (via email, text, or in person). Immediately, we fell in love with the van and started to talk numbers. While we meet with finance and drew up the paperwork, the team at Nissan of Elk Grove went above and beyond by re-detailing and shampooing our new car inside and out. My husband and I would recommend Nissan of Elk Grove to our friends and family. As a matter of fact, we'll probably go out of our way to make sure everyone knows of this wonderful dealership.
