I went to Nissan of Elk Grove discouraged after coming from a few other places that could not help me. I had a very unique situation that required a lot of collaboration on everyone's behalf. Sohe was the most amazing salesperson I've ever met. I could tell she genuinely wanted to help me and went above and beyond to make sure that I was going to be happy. She made me very comfortable and really had my best interest in mind. She let me take my time to think things over and explained everything in great detail. Considering my situation the process was very easy. Everyone was diligently working to get the best deal for all of us. I would absolutely recommend this dealership to all of my friends and family. He was really nice and funny. He took the time to find out exactly what I needed. He took a genuine interest in me and was very knowledgeable. It was a major relief to me to feel like I wasn't just another sale to him, I felt like he was an old friend. Everything about Nissan of Elk Grove was just fantastic. From the moment I arrived at Nissan of Elk Grove I was allowed to brouse before being approached by the sales consultant (Heidi). I spent hours looking at the Versa, Sentra, Rogue and Altima went from mo allowed to brouse before being approached by the sales consultant (Heidi). I spent hours looking at the Versa, Sentra, Rogue and Altima went from model to another and back again. Heidi was very patient and worked with me to make sure I was getting the vehicle I wanted. I had a budget I wanted to stay within and she kept working with me having the numbers run to see if we could get close the my target payment.I felt no pressure to make a decision. Just as I was going to give up she suggested I talk with a sales manager (Dave) to dicuss the pros and cons of leasing. I had nothing to lose to get more information about leasing and get answers to some questions I had. Dave was very informative and answered all my questions regarding leasing vs. purchases. After talking to Dave I felt good about the leasing option and realized this was the way to go for me based on my driving habits. I went home that day and felt good about my decision to lease. The next day I went back to the dealership to sign the paperwork and worked with Finance Manager (Steve). Steve explained everything I was signing offering additional coverage options and accepted my decision not to get the additional coverages. I didn't feel any pressure to get the additional coverage options. My experience with this dealership was excellent. This is my second Nissan from this dealership, each time I've had a great experience. Since I'm leasing I will definitely look at getting another Nissan once my lease is up. More
