My wife, Jami and I, recently purchased an Altima from Nissan of Elk Grove. We had the pleasure of working with Vince Hoang & Enith Camacho. Both, Vince & Enith. listened to what we wanted in a car, what we were willing to work with in order to make the deal and within 20 minutes of being on the lot, my wife and I were making a deal to purchase the car!!! Vince & Enith did an outstanding job and we are very impressed with them. Kudos to both of these wonderful employees. Also note that we had to replace a tire on our car due to a nail in the side tread that couldn't be repaired. That is when I worked with Cruz Solórzano. This young lady was so very helpful in doing all she could to make sure that our car was taken care of in a timely manner. She is very friendly and she is on top of her job!!! I ran in to Enith that day as well and she remembered my wife and I, which meant a lot. We will definitely recommend Nissan of Elk Grove to all of our friends and family that are in the market for a vehicle. Jami and I hope that the management of Nissan of Elk Grove realizes what wonderful, knowledgeable and friendly people they have in Vince, Enith and Cruz!!!! More

Joe Luiz has proven himself to me as someone whom I would go back to personally when it's time for us to renew our lease or purchase a Nissan Leaf three years from now. The most important thing for everyone go back to personally when it's time for us to renew our lease or purchase a Nissan Leaf three years from now. The most important thing for everyone to know is the professionalism from Joe did not end after the sale. It has endured post our purchase with Joseph. He has worked with us on two additional matters post our purchase. Even though there wasn't a sales incentive involved, Joe still went out of his way to ensure that the items were resolved. I went to Nissan of Elk Grove back in May just to browse. I went to Nissan of Elk Grove back in May just to browse. My wife was 7 months pregnant and we have 2 other little ones so I knew we would be needing I went to Nissan of Elk Grove back in May just to browse. My wife was 7 months pregnant and we have 2 other little ones so I knew we would be needing a bigger car. Maverick was very professional from the start. I let him know my situation and that I wasn't looking to do anything right now because we wanted to wait until the baby was born. He was never pushy and was always there to answer any questions I had. He kept in touch over the other 2 months sending me pictures and updates of cars that I might be interested in and also checking up on how my wife and I were doing. We have had bad experiences with other dealerships before, but Maverick changed that outlook. When we decided to purchase we went straight to him because I knew he would do his best getting us the right car, which he did . Both my wife and I love our new Pathfinder. We met Steve the day we decided to buy. He was very easy to talked to and was willing to work at getting us the best deal. Our last experience with finance managers were horrible. I was really hesitant going into that part of the car buying experience, but Steve, just like Maverick, was very professional and got us the deal we needed. I left Nissan and felt excited about the experience that we just had. We even brought our 8 year old son with us and he even said he had a good time. I would definitely do business with them again. She made me very comfortable and really had my best interest in mind. She let me take my time to think things over and explained everything in great detail.
