I love everyone in the Service Department at Nissan of Elk Grove. They are like my family. In November 2013, I took my 2012 Altima in for an oil change and tire rotation. Cruz was so sweet and provided excellent customer service! She went above and beyond to take care of me! My car was finished 45 min before the estimated time of completion. Additionally, Cruz had my car hand washed! Overall, my experience at the Service Department at Nissan of Elk Grove has been wonderful. I am glad to have met Cruz and enjoying seeing her the next time I come in to service my vehicle. More

They went above and beyond to not only satisfy all of my needs, but made the vehicle purchase process very convenient and smooth for me. I never felt pressured to buy a car. Dannielle and Vu were very organized. They provided me with auto quotes based on the various financing and vehicle options. They were very friendly and I appreciated the warm welcome! Honestly, the biggest turn off for me is for a dealership representative to come on strong and pressure me into making a decision that I am not comfortable with. I will attest that you will never receive that treatment at the Nissan of Elk Grove dealership. Vu Huynh made my day when he was able to find a 2014 silver Altima SV! The customer service that Vu provided did not end after I left the dealership. He remembered my top color preference and continued to search all over Northern California for it. Silver is such a high demand color and the supply is usually scarce. I couldn't believe Vu somehow found one for me! He worked his magic! I previously bought a 2012 Altima from Khanh Ho in 2012. He was my sales rep then. My parents also bought their 2003 Nissan Maxima from Khanh. It is always a pleasure to see Khanh. He takes care of me like a family member. Khanh detailed the car and helped with the vehicle prep. I really enjoy giving Khanh a "high-five" because he's a really cool guy. I always receive smiles every time I see him. I love my 2014 Altima SV so much!!! I have shared my wonderful experience with my family, friends, and co-workers. I will continue making recommendations for them to come down to Nissan of Elk Grove! My family and I went to dinner on Sunday night, and my dad decided that we should just go look at Nissans. We arrived at the dealership about 20 minutes after they closed; however, NATALIE MCHUGHES came o dad decided that we should just go look at Nissans. Natalie was very patient, caring, and outgoing regardless of us coming after hours and on top of being at work all day. We ended up purchasing a 2013 Altima Coupe and doing the paperwork that night!! Even though I didn't get to take the car home until the next day, Natalie assured me that the next day would be a fast process. Although, we had to redo all the paper work the next day because of a different VIN, Natalie made the process quick. After my car went through detailing twice, the car was still dirty. But, Natalie took windex and a rag herself to clean it herself. And, after she realized what a poor job detail did, she scheduled another appointment to be detailed. I went to Nissan of Elk Grove to have my 2012 Altima serviced, while waiting for my car to be serviced, I wanted to see what the new 2014 Altima's looked like. While looking at the new 2014s, Anthony Gl serviced, while waiting for my car to be serviced, I wanted to see what the new 2014 Altima's looked like. While looking at the new 2014s, Anthony Glover (sales rep) approached me and asked if he could assist me wih a new vehicle. I told him that I was having my car serviced and just want to see what the new 2014's looked like. He proceeded to give me all the specs on the new Altima and then told me that they were on sale. After speaking to my husband, I asked Anthony if he could get me the same interest rate and payment that I had on my 2012 Altima. Anthony is such a awesome sales rep, that he got me an interest rate and payment better than what I had on my 2012 Altima. Once we went to finance, David Hidalgo, assisted us with the fianancing and found us an even better interest rate, payment and maintenance package. Both Anthony and David were very helpful, knowledgeable and professional which made our experience at Nissan of Elk Grove perfect!!! So much for just having my 2012 serviced. Anthony and David are so good at what they do that I walked out of there with a brand new 2014 Nissan Altima. My husband jokingly said that I can no longer take our car for service. The experience that we had at Nissan of Elk Grove was so awesome that we will definitely be returning customers and we will recommend this dealership to all our family and friends. More

I'm a bit late on writing this review, but what better day than today to say THANK YOU. A few weeks back I came into Nissan Of Elk Grove to trade in my 2010 Sentra that I purchased from MAITA NISSA better day than today to say THANK YOU. A few weeks back I came into Nissan Of Elk Grove to trade in my 2010 Sentra that I purchased from MAITA NISSAN (horrible dealership, wish I would've known better) for an Infiniti G37. Unfortunately, they didn't have a G37 in stock, so NATALIE MCHUGHES showed me a very similar, cheaper, fully loaded (white) Nissan Altima Coupe. I immediately fell in love with that car and was saddened to hear that it would be difficult for me to get it, because I WAS A FIRST TIME BUYER. Because of some shady business at MAITA NISSAN, I had no record of actually being financed a car which I paid for the past TWO YEARS. I was very upset to hear this news, but NATALIE made sure that I drove off with a different car that would actually help build my credit. Due to some complications, I wasn't able to drive off that first day but 3 days later, I DID. And I must say, this car buying experience this time around was so much more amazing than the previous. I wish I would've gone to NISSAN OF ELK GROVE first. Natalie McHughes was extremely helpful, caring, friendly and fun!
