Great Car Buying Experience I visited several dealerships when I was looking to purchase a new SUV. I had the best experience at Nissan of Elk Grove by far. Rental experience I dropped off my Infiniti for service this morning at the nearby Infiniti dealership. They were out of courtesy vehicles so they contacted Celeste at I dropped off my Infiniti for service this morning at the nearby Infiniti dealership. They were out of courtesy vehicles so they contacted Celeste at the Nissan dealership to get me a rental instead. I've been to this dealership a couple of times to pickup oil filters for my Infiniti but have never rented a vehicle from them. Celeste showed up at the Infiniti dealership and came into the customer lounge to personally greet me. She had one of the friendliest smiles I've ever seen. After a brief conversation on the way out to the car and over to the Nissan dealership, I was very impressed with her level and style of customer service. I could've talked to her the entire afternoon, just a great personality. I think people like Celeste will always find great opportunities and be very successful in customer-driven markets. I wish her the best of luck and hopefully will run into her again. More

I had been interested in the Versa Note and the Mazda 3 for quite sometime I explained that to Ms. Moreno and she offered me a test drive in both. She was very knowledgeable and really understood what I was looking for. She showed me a Note that I fell in love with. Before I knew it I was willing to look at numbers she did a quick trade appraisal and gave me a great price for the Note. It was an offer I could not resist. If it was not for Christianas warm welcoming, no hassle, no pressure approach I don't think I would have purchased, but she made things go so smooth and so easy that I know I made the right decision!
