Paperwork tends to overwhelm me because sometimes it's too much information to take in but he made it very easy and clear to understand. EZ made buying a new car EZ! When I came into the showroom, I knew I wanted to buy a new car, that it had to be a Nissan with good gas mileage and I wanted red. I was thinking pe When I came into the showroom, I knew I wanted to buy a new car, that it had to be a Nissan with good gas mileage and I wanted red. I was thinking perhaps a Rogue. EZ helped me confirm that the Rogue was the right car - 32 mpg! - and they could get a Cayenne Red one from Chico by the next day. I was looking for rebates and 0% financing - neither available - but he did the best he could. EZ patiently explained how the electronics worked, helped me sync my phone to the Bluetooth feature, and showed me all the cool storage features. People buy new cars all the time, but this is my first New new car - even my Frontier had been a dealer's demo - and I was very nervous about spending the money. I still am, but I agree with EZ that I'm going to love this car. Thanks for doing what you do best! More
