After responding to an ad for a "Just listed" vehicle with no pictures, requesting some pictures First contact with dealer was Thurs 8:30 am. The responder was good enough to get me some pics he took personally, After seeing them, it was clear it was exactly the vehicle I was seeking. By 8pm I had made arrangements for a hotel room nearby & procured a rental car for the 4-hour journey and notified them of my plans to drive up that evening to purchase the vehicle the next day. I tried to make a deposit with a credit card so the would hold the vehicle, they would not accommodate. By 8:45 pm Friday I was on the road. At 9:15 pm the salesman was courteous enough to call to inform me the car I was coming to purchase Saturday morning was being sold to someone as we spoke. I was dealing with The Nissan dealer, but a dealership of another make owned by the same company was selling the car. I had also found out half way through the day the dealer works with Costco and signed up for the Costco program to purchase this car, they just told me since I'd already contacted somebody they would take care of me and the Costco program wouldn't be applicable because the price was already low, they offered a $200 discount. To their credit, the price seemed fair. When I received the confirmation from Costco, the car came up with 2 dozen pictures I hadn't even seen, nor apparently had the salesman I was working with and when I saw all the pictures I was sure I wanted this vehicle. The following week the SAME vehicle came up in search alert notifications from various automotive sales sources. I emailed E.G. Nissan & received what I discovered was a canned response after calling to speak to the person who sent the email response was not at work yet, possible it could have originated elsewhere, but I never received an answer to my follow-up question: Was the vehicle in fact available? The person who answered the phone said he was a supervisor and due in a meeting, offered to go "touch" the vehicle and call me back. He politely did, perplexed the vehicle was not listed as sold, but it's presence could not be established. He said he would have somebody call me back. 7 hours later the salesman I originally started the whole process with called back, he was not there when I called to check if the vehicle may be there. He said he did not know why the ads were still being posted on the various auto selling websites since it in fact had been sold. All of the people who communicated with me were courteous. Unfortunately so many representatives couldn't deliver even though they applied pressure to me as a prospect. My biggest qualm was the salesman told me he would put the vehicle aside and when he called to explain a buyer was purchasing it at another marque's lot and he could not get the keys, it seemed a delay may have caused the event. The response I received to my initial one line rating one here from yet another rep from EG Nissan, seems lip service as I don't feel my "time" was valued by them at all:( I named the people who communicated because this review asked, they all seemed good... just maybe a process breakdown in operations. I don't believe they were dishonest, just a little short on follow through. Anyway, some lucky couple got my cream-puff and my business will go elsewhere. More

Mechanic named Manny 165/ on our 2008 Forenza, Suzuki- On Thursday, 07/24/14, went to the Nissan Dealership in Elk Grove,Ca. To have our 3 month scheduled oil change and all the services included. After On Thursday, 07/24/14, went to the Nissan Dealership in Elk Grove,Ca. To have our 3 month scheduled oil change and all the services included. After leaving the the dealership, we headed home on Highway99 going to Lodi, Ca. The cars began to vibrate which got worse the faster we went. After we got home, we called American Tire in Stockton,Ca.. We made an appointment for 4:30pm to have the tires checked.(we bought the tire from them). We found out that two of the tires were not balanced, which cause the tires to wobble. And my husband requested that the tires be filled with air to 35lbs. None of the tires were done as we had asked. We were very unhappy with the service today. We were also told by counter people twice that we had a $50.00 deductible. Which we do not. We have a warranty. We never had these problems on previous services. More

2005 Sentra Experience was good, price was ok for 177k miles and year. Really liked car but appeared it had just recently arrived and not enough was done to make it more appealing for sale, appearance and functionality wise. Noticed issue with A/C vents not shifting before sale, was fixed for free after the fact and was happy about that. Rear bumper had chipped paint, but did not affect my decision. Fog lights were mentioned before sale, forgot to make note of one that had missing bulb and port that appeared damaged. Noticed after sale subwoofer speaker was not working. Front door speakers have intermittent issues after A/C fix. Driver and passenger visors were missing mirrors. No service manual offered or available for car. More
