Jay Yu - Best Sales Person I Have Ever Dealt With We visited Elk Grove Nissan last Saturday to purchase a used car for my elderly mother. We went there as they had a specific used car we wanted to lo We visited Elk Grove Nissan last Saturday to purchase a used car for my elderly mother. We went there as they had a specific used car we wanted to look at on their lot. Jay was the first person to approach us. He was pleasant from the start. We explained what car we were looking for and he found it at their auxiliary lot. He had us wait inside while he ran over and brought the car around. We did not care for that car and wanted to look at a few others for my mother. My mother is not very mobile. So Jay had us wait in the shaded drive bay and he drove multiple cars up for her to look at and try out. It was so very kind of him and he was incredibly patient with my mother and all of her questions. She had not purchased a new car in over 15 years. My mother finally settled on a 2014 Kia Sole. Jay took us through the financing part and went to bat to help us meet our budget numbers. It was truly a pleasure. I would have never gone to, or purchased a car from Nissan, but based on the stellar customer service, Jay and Nissan will get my next vehicle purchase (which I hope to be in the next 2-3 months).
