Jay YU is Five Star Platinum. Go see him and get your Nissan I have been in correspondence with Mr. Jay Yu for over 2 months. I indicated to him that I was interested in purchasing a Nissan Titan XD SL series. I I have been in correspondence with Mr. Jay Yu for over 2 months. I indicated to him that I was interested in purchasing a Nissan Titan XD SL series. In those two months, Jay has gone above and beyond in accommodating my varying needs toward purchasing this truck. What I like most about Jay is that he listened to me and tried to meet my requests without manipulation or other types of dealership shenanigans. Furthermore, Jay was thorough, thoughtful, quick yet was a low key straightforward smooth operator that appeared honest and polite. I often could not follow through and was not consistent as far as contacting Jay or making appointment times because I am super busy and live far away, but there was never ever any shaming or pressure; Jay never acted any less professional. When I finally showed up one late night near closing because I happen to be passing through the area, Jay promptly pulled up the truck in a comfortable enclosed garage for my viewing; he didn't make us walk all around about the lot for miles to see a vehicle which is often what most auto dealers do. Also in my car shopping experience, both my wife and I have suffered discrimination and micro aggressions at some notable auto dealerships because we are two Black women who are in a same sex marriage. Many say discrimination is illegal and that's a fact but it still does happen. We never once felt that with Jay or any of his colleagues. With Jay, we felt like we received fair equitable treatment, just as it should always be but isn't always so. We appreciated that we did not have to deal with that kind of stress when car buying is stressful enough I think Jay is 5 star and I have no hesitation in recommending him to anyone. I am very picky and a stickler for good customer service and care. I do pay close attention to details and to not only what I am shown in product but how the salesperson and dealership experience feels. Buying a car is crazy and can be a lot of trickery and pressure. If you do decide to go the dealer route go with Jay. I believe he will give a fair deal and red carpet service. Sadly we did not buy from Jay and the only reason why is because we were able to secure a Titan platinum XD at an extraordinary dollar amount well under 45 K. That's not Jays fault; it was just a one of a life time deal and we took it. If we had not gotten such a great deal, I believe we would have purchased from Jay. We are considering a second Nissan and will definitely purchase from Jay. Jay YU is Five Star Platinum. Go see him. More
