Michael Russell responded to my messages ahead of my visit quickly which paved the way for an efficient car buying experience. Michael is not the stereotypical car salesman - he did not sway me in buying one car over the other, he was patient in answering my questions and did not attempt to upsell me on services / parts for the car.
