Great customer service I was placed in the unfortunate position of needing to purchase a vehicle after my car was rear ended and deemed a total loss. My car was a hybrid and I was placed in the unfortunate position of needing to purchase a vehicle after my car was rear ended and deemed a total loss. My car was a hybrid and I was looking to purchase either another hybrid or an electric car. Jay was very friendly when we first met and very helpful. He asked what I was looking for and assessed my needs to see if the Lead would be the right fit. During the test drive, he pointed out all the features and made sure we had an enjoyable experience. Afterwards, he broke down the pricing options very quickly and presented a very good deal. There was no pressure to purchase or unnecessary "games", which I greatly appreciated because it had been a long day for me and been a tough couple of weeks. I left that night seriously considering the Leaf, but wanted to look into it a little more. I was scheduled to work over the weekend and am a nurse, so I don't get off work until around 730pm. I called Jay to see if he would be available after I got off and he said the Dealership was closed because of a company holiday party but was willing to stay late if I needed him to. I was pretty tired and had to work the next day, so I let him know that wouldn't be necessary and was impressed by his dedication. He followed up with me both Saturday and Sunday very courteously. Ultimately I did not go with the Leaf, however I wanted to commend Jay on his service. I will definitely be referring any friends or family in the market for a new car, especially a Nissan, to you.
