Great experience I was trying to get a used car, and Jay was really friendly in helping me and my parents. My parents don't know how to speak English, but Jay helped u I was trying to get a used car, and Jay was really friendly in helping me and my parents. My parents don't know how to speak English, but Jay helped us to translate those contracts. Jay also knows a lot about cars, so he found the great car for me really quick. He is also really friendly, and easy to talk to; when I said that I only got a permit without SSN code, he had several conversations with his boss in order to solve the problem. My parents and me are all moved by his passion about the work. I can tell that he really love the job becuase when we asked whether he can help us drove from Sacramento to Davis, he agreed at once without complaints. I know that Sacramento is really far from Davis, so if he doesn't enjoy the job, he would not agree. He is also really helpful when he helped me apply for the insurance, since I don't know the terms for insurance really well, he actually helped me translate word by word. All of the following make me and my parents warm in a place we are not familiar with. If I want to buy another car, I will definite reach out to Jay again!! Just want to say thanks for Jay's hardwork! More
