Best Customer Service! I brought my friend to look at some Altima's we were not expecting much since we were at John L. Sullivan Chevrolet in Roseville yesterday- and received the worst customer service! No one came out the suffocate us, they just allowed us to look around and breathe. Edwin came out greeted us asked us what she was looking for, after talking for a few minutes he had us go inside to give us straight honest numbers on a couple of different vehicles she was interested. There was no playing games he not only listened but heard what her needs were and where she wanted to be financially. Absolutely no pressure! Just good ole honest up front! We drove 3 different vehicles and needless to say she found her vehicle at an amazing price! Lots of extras! Free car washes for the life of her vehicle!!! I am just amazingly impressed with the QUALITY of customer service we received! Edwin and the other associates provided the customer service that you rarely see while shopping for a vehicle! I told him my price point and what i was looking for and he asked me how i felt about Nissan altimas. I have never been a fan of the altima's because they've looked the same forever! That's when he showed me the 2019 Altima.. I loved it! It looks completely different and the inside is beautiful, perfect for a car I plan on driving a lot. They gave me a really good price and helped me out big time! I recently had totaled one of my other cars and needed a replacement asap because I was paying rental out of pocket, I explained to Jay that I was waiting on a check from insurance and then I could come buy the vehicle but it wouldn't be for about 10 days, he spoke to his manager and was able to get me in a car immediately with a place holder check until the real check from insurance came. That saved me a TON of money being able to return the rental car way earlier than planned. Jay was really nice and not pushy (which made this whole experience so much easier). This car is really awesome too, I get about 495mi per tank which is crazy! Highly recommend Jay & the Altima. Thank you for your help Jay! More

Financial manager was berating I have been buying new cars for quite sometime. I have just cosigned my daughter to purchased a new 2018 Nissan Kicks on the 31 of Dec 2018 at the Nis I have been buying new cars for quite sometime. I have just cosigned my daughter to purchased a new 2018 Nissan Kicks on the 31 of Dec 2018 at the Nissan Elk Grove. I haved agreed to purchase the vehicle at a set price before coming in for our appointment of 4:30 to come in and test drive the vehicle and complete the transaction. The sales person was outstanding and anwered our questions promptly and delivered. Considering she is new she did an outstanding job and sealed the deal with us. She later advised us that she was told by her management that we have earned some incentive for the lifetime battery start and the Nissan vehicle locate for free. So that was added to the deal at no extra charge. We were the last customer at the finance office and Dave the financial manager was going through the sequence of preparing the financial documents. There where numerous typos and wrong information on our paperworks that needed to be corrected several times. Then when the financial documentation was being finalized, I have asked him why it did not jive with my calculation of the amount that we where financing. He merely states that there are financial fees that I did not understand that needed to be in the contract. I still did not agree to what he was saying and I wanted to scrutinuze the deal before finalizing it. He was so adamant that he was doing it right and we should just go with the signing of the contract, he keep going whats a few dollars on the payment really matter from my calculations. On which I refused because it did not calculated as I have anticipated with the amount we are financing. He reluctanly printed the document so I am able to scrutinize the financial documents and on it was added options for the said battery charge for life and Nissan Locate that was told to be free by our salesperson. He then got cocky and said there is nothing free and you guys should know that. Berating us that we did not understand what we are signing for. I then told him to bring in our sales person and he refused to bring her in and said that there is no such thing as a free offer. He then amended the documents and removed the added options that the salesperson and her managers said that it was free. The monthly payments did drop about $50.00 a month and he said is that the price that you guys are looking for, I said it is about the ball park of what we anticipated on our calculations. Again in a condesending way he said I don't really care about your calculations, but are you happy with this monthly payment. No aplogies at all for all the mistakes and the added options unkown to us in the contract, we then concluded the transaction. I was very close to actually stepping away and terminating the deal and signing the contract, all because of Dave's attitude. We have spent over 5 hours at your dealership. One hour with the salesperson and the rest waiting on the finance to get to us. My daughter was adamant to buy her first new vehicle. Other than the financing branch, our experience was all pleasant. But with the berating attitude rendered to us on the final steps of the deal is enough for me to not recommend your dealership to prospective buyers. Robert Samaniego More
