I live in Citrus Heights and was hesitant to drive that far to a dealer because it usually means a painfully long wait and battling sales people over something you don't want. This did not happen at all. We were purchasing through the USAA car buyers program which is supposed to streamline the paperwork process. While were at the dealership for 3 hours, I do understand Nissan's policy about backup paperwork. The paperwork was all electronic, Mitchelle made us feel welcome, explained the features of the vehicle and was very knowledgeable. David in finance was extremely friendly and professional and did his best to make the paperwork process go quickly and smoothly. We were surprised at how affordable the extended warranty was. I also like the lifetime car wash benefit and my first service on the car is free. More
