After sitting and going over everything for my moms new car, I decided to trade in my car for a new one too. I asked him to get the payment I wanted with nothing down and he came through. I even changed the color and he had to reprint the paperwork and drive to the other lot to pick up the other one but he did it with no hesitation and a smile. Best service so far from a dealership.
