Its been 43 yrs. since Buying new! So what was important to me is not a salesman asking what car I want to purchase but what cars I have in my mind to later take those mental notations, brochures where possible, and (pictures of the MSRP that lists all the "stuff inside/outside the car.") 2. Salesman/Jay is a very good salesman who laid out the facts of the 2018 Rogue's (year I was interested in buying) attributes and did a test drive showing Rogue's features that made me lean toward buying the Rogue. I first test drove a Subaru Outback LTD, a Toyota RAV4 , and lastly, the Rogue with Jay toward closing; I do appreciate his time and Jay DID AN EXCELLENT OVERVIEW OF ALL THE "BUTTONS, CAPABILITIES, etc. that make the Rogue unique. I mentioned that I liked his speed of delivery( I knowing that his time and my time is valuable and he's covering the capabilities of the Rogue so I can better evaluate the "physical experience" over a bunch of words on paper. I left with a very good impression of a salesman for your dealership for the future who will sell many more cars for you by virtue of his interpersonal skills to relate not only to the customer but also the customer to the car I was thinking of comparing to others and possibly purchasing. In closing, its been 43 years, technology is in the forefront of new cars, and I needed to spend my time researching, examining car features, making comparisons and making a decision on 'one' car that will take me into the future...I ended up not choosing a 2018 Rogue.....Thank you for the Nissen experience! Best. Service. Ever. I came to look at a car just to see what i was looking for. Jay found an amazing car, he went above and beyond what salesmen usually do. He explained everything about the car, all the features, specs and how to use the screen. I wanted to continue looking around and wound up coming back for the car the next day. He was just as helpful, if not more helpful the second day. He really sold the car. He made sure that i knew how to do everything in the car and if I didn't, he explained it. I needed to get a pay stub from online and he was able to help me do that as well. I have never had a more pleasant, wonderful and all around best experience. I am extremely happy with the car Jay found for me. He is amazing. It was an amazing 1st car buying experience, when I need a new car i will come back to Nissan of Elk Grove. More
