The service has always been good but it just gets better each time I utilize it. Larry is my service representative. I cannot say enough about how easy he has made it for me to get the warranty work I need done. I'm a very busy teacher, working long hours and with limited ability to take time off, so making arrangements to get my car serviced can be very difficult Larry is extremely accommodating, making it quick and easy to get an appointment, arranging transportation for a courtesy vehicle, keeping me notified promptly with the type of work needed and the approval of the insurance company for the work, and even offering me discounts on non-warranty work that needs to be done. I've never used a service department at a dealership that I've been happier with. It's my go to for all service now! This teacher gives Nissan of Elk Grove's Service Department an A+! More
