Pleasantly easy experience After a lunch outing came back into my car and to my unfortunate surprise, my car would not stay on. Fortunately being nearby I limped the car to NISS After a lunch outing came back into my car and to my unfortunate surprise, my car would not stay on. Fortunately being nearby I limped the car to NISSAN of Elk Grove. Mitchelle came outside and asked me what was going on with the car as I was in the parking lot trying to figure out what was going on, he spent about 15-20 minutes trying to help in anyway he could, but the car was just on its last legs. After about 30 minutes of talking to him, He suggested in my situation the new Altima would be my best fit. After a few test drives of 2 different cars, to my surprise that Altima really was everything I was hoping and looking for in a new car. The process was extremely quick and they had the color I wanted in stock. Got approved in seconds, and next thing I knew I had a offer for my old car, got a offer and a final monthly payment and I was set! A hour later I was in doing paperwork and soon as I was done my new car was sitting in the delivery room where Mitchelle helped me setup Bluetooth and answered my 15+ questions. Going on day 4 and I can’t stop looking at my new ride! Thanks Mitchelle Soneja and all the guys and gals that made my Saturday so much better after the fiasco. More
