The customer service was top notch and the buying experience was pressure free; probably my best car buying experience to date. Outstanding charisma and customer service!! My parents and I went in to speak to the Finances Manager regarding some warranties. While we waited Jose came up to us and asked us if we needed any help. We proceeded to explain to him why we were there, he answered many questions that we had, and was of great help!! It was nice of him to take time and explain many things to us. It took over an hour to be seen by the manager and Jose made that time go by so quick! He had my parents laughing, and having a good time. He showed us some vehicles my dad was interested in, he stayed with us step by step until we left. Honestly this has been the best customer service we have received in the 10 plus years that we have been customers of the Elk Grove Nissan. Gracias Jose!!! More
