Mazda of Elk Grove We had originally come to Mazda of EG looking at the CX3. We met Jay Yu, who patiently showed us the CX3, but also showed us the 2018 and 2019 Mazda We had originally come to Mazda of EG looking at the CX3. We met Jay Yu, who patiently showed us the CX3, but also showed us the 2018 and 2019 Mazda 3. We were so impressed with the Mazda 3, that we decided upon the 2019 Mazda 3 instead. Jay took us on a couple of test drives and showed us all the safety features and what the car can do. Jay was very responsive in our communications, professional and personable, had a lot of knowledge about the car, was not pushy and very honest. Ultimately and unfortunately, we did not purchase from EG. However, Jay in his professionalism, congratulated us in our purchase and even offered the services of EG if we ever had any questions, needed parts or servicing to contact him (that's awesome)...and we will! We cannot comment on the Mazda dealership as they are in the middle of a remodel and we were in a Nissan showroom, but we highly recommend Jay...thanks Jay for making our experience such a positive one!
