The exact automobile that we wanted was not onsite at this location, but the dealership was committed to doing everything they could to secure the car that met best met our needs both financially and from a feature standpoint as quickly as possible. There was an issue with the driver's side door that Nancy made us aware of prior to the sale. Nancy and the Service Department made the process of scheduling this to be corrected smooth and convenient. We have had an additional issue come up that has resulted in my wife having to return the car to the Service Department for evaluation and correction, which is the reason for the "OK" score on quality of work. This is not a reflection of the quality of Nancy's work. More
