My experience with Nissan of Cool Springs, as well as my sales associate, Michael Brown, was by far the best experience I have ever had when buying or even looking at a car. My associate even bought one the day after I did from Nissan Cool Springs. All in all - I highly recommend Michael as one respectable sales associate that made my car buying adventure one of the best! Overall we are very pleased with our experience purchasing a car from Cool Springs Nissan and with the dealership follow-up post-sale. The exact automobile that we wanted was not onsite at this lo purchasing a car from Cool Springs Nissan and with the dealership follow-up post-sale. The exact automobile that we wanted was not onsite at this location, but the dealership was committed to doing everything they could to secure the car that met best met our needs both financially and from a feature standpoint as quickly as possible. There was an issue with the driver's side door that Nancy made us aware of prior to the sale. Nancy and the Service Department made the process of scheduling this to be corrected smooth and convenient. We have had an additional issue come up that has resulted in my wife having to return the car to the Service Department for evaluation and correction, which is the reason for the "OK" score on quality of work. This is not a reflection of the quality of Nancy's work. More
