I am writing this letter in order to express my gratitude for the high quality service provided us with at your dealership last week. My Husband and I were visiting your dealership looking for a used car wit for the high quality service provided us with at your dealership last week. My Husband and I were visiting your dealership looking for a used car with low millage and ship in gas. I have to drive at list 80 miles per day and the gas price was killing my budget. Mr. Terry Cross attended us and I want you to be proud of such an employee. The service was amazing. We were able to explain Terry what we was looking for and our available budget. In minutes, he was showing us our choices. He answered on all our questions, was very helpful and we end up with the purchase of 2010 Nissan Sentra. After we have the car, my husband decides to return it and change for another car more comfortable to us. Mary Greer (Owner Loyalty Manager) and Terry Cross (sales agent) were very nice with us. They were able to help us very quick, friendly and effectible. Now we are driving our dream car!!!!! I appreciate this attitude and believe that you trained your staff very professionally. We certainly would recommend Nissan of Cool Springs and in fact already have. Often enough, particularly in hard financial times, would be buyers are pressured to buy. Went in for my 30k service and worked with Jennifer the service person. I had to take the shuttle to get to work,but she called me when the work was done and I picked it up after work. I have serviced my c service person. I had to take the shuttle to get to work,but she called me when the work was done and I picked it up after work. I have serviced my car there when it was not the "auto mall" but now the service department seems to have gotten it together. I like the place, I'll be back. More
The sales staff was very knowledgeable and friendly. Showroom was immaculate and they had plenty of vehicles to choose from. We came in to buy a new car. Overall experience was great and everyone was very friendly. Loved the Starbucks coffee. Didn't have great credit by any means, but we were told that they could get us app great and everyone was very friendly. Loved the Starbucks coffee. (I was like yeah right) It was a high interest rate but they got us approved when no other dealership was able to. Sam our salesman was top notch. He was very nice and thourough. He would call to touch base with us and to find out our intentions but we never felt like he was being too pushy as so many other dealerships have in the past. The day we were to pick up the car up was his day off and he had personal appointments to go to. He called us though the night before and had it all set up with another salesman. We walked in and were greeted promptly and taken care of. I would definitely go to this dealership again. More
My experience with the dealership was amazing... i was actually pleasantly surprised at the service and help with my car. With temperatures in the 30's, my drivers side window would not roll up. i took it in without an appointment and i was shuttled to work, once they looked at the car they realized it would need a part that wouldn't be in until the next day Without hesitation i was given a rental car and sent on my way.... as promised the next day my car was ready, and cleaned. WOW.... what amazing service... it was all about my schedule and how i was going to get around in this weather!! thank you! Regina More
My Interaction with Noami Walker was very pleasant. She comes across as a very humble and honest sales representative. She was keen to explain the features of the car, take me for a test drive and also pat comes across as a very humble and honest sales representative. She did not rush through the event and her dedication to the process did not dip even when I was not ready to commit. Her perseverence influenced me in a positive way to purchase the vehicle.I think Nissan at Cool springs has a very valuable executive and with her, the organisation will grow leaps and bounds. Immediate response with no sales pressure. I had visited many dealers over the course of 4 days and each dealer seemed to have no respect for my time. I would be kept in their showroom for 3 to 4 hours, as if that is a treat. Most people do not like car buying experiences. I am one of them. I like convenience. If I can explain what I am looking for, and they can tell me they have it at the right price, and all of that can be done in 30 minutes or less, convenience carries the day. Jonathan and his team made it simple. I appreciate the follow up and staying on top of things, as my life is too complicated to get bogged down in stuff that is necessary, but in the scheme of things, not all that important.
