After shopping for a new car for three days, including visiting another Nissan dealership, we went to Nissan of Cool Springs and were very pleased with our experience. We went in as the result of an inter visiting another Nissan dealership, we went to Nissan of Cool Springs and were very pleased with our experience. We went in as the result of an internet contact with Dean White. Dean was with a customer when we arrived, so Kyle Weihe helped us locate the car we wanted. Turned out, it was the first car he showed us. Kyle was really nice to work with. Later, when we took possession of the car, Dean explained how everything worked and went over the manual with us. Both of these guys were true professionals. Our experience with Josh Miller, the business manager, was pleasant. The finance manager, Lance Burdge, was a bit stiff and not thorough in explaining the details of our agreement. However, in all fairness, we realized it was a very busy sales day and the finance managers were struggling to keep up with paperwork. Overall, our experience with this dealer was much better than others we visited during our three-day car shopping marathon. More

Kyle Weihe was very helpful in negotiating the trade of my Toyota Tundra for a Hyundai Sonata. Kyle appeared sincere and caring. He made me feel like he actually cared that I received a fair trade. What would have been helpful to Kyle, and I would imagine the other salesmen, is an updated and more comprehensive list of available vehicles on the lot. I understand the car I purchased was delivered to the lot the day before my arrival so it is reasonable Kyle knew nothing about it. But other vehicles on the lot had been moved around and the price list was not up to date. AJ Rogers was friendly and honest. All I could ask of a sales manager. Unfortunately, Lance (Lurch) Burgess added nothing positive to my experience. Perhaps he's going through some personal issues or had a bad day. Regardless, he was stoic, never made any attempt to smile, and his affect is better suited for a morgue, not sales. Finance isn't all that exciting, but good grief. My story is fairly simple. I live in the Atlanta Area and was in the market for another vehicle. I had made visits to my local dealers here and completed my research. I knew what vehicle I wanted and what f was in the market for another vehicle. I had made visits to my local dealers here and completed my research. My local dealers wanted to pressure me into getting a vehicle that did not have the features I wanted and frankly didn't want to bother locating the one I wanted. After scanning the internet and expanding my search, I found the exact vehicle I wanted at Cool Springs and sent an email. I received an immediate response. 2 emails later we agreed on a price and I made the drive from Atlanta to Cool Springs. The vehicle was prepped and ready for me. Mike and Ron greeted me and my family and were extremely courteous and helpful. Mike made the entire process extremely simple. Other dealerships could learn from these gentlemen. Treating a person with respect and not playing games. This was by far my BEST buying experience in 25years. My thanks to Mike for keeping it simple! More
I was involved in an auto accident that resulted in a totaled car. It was a very stressful situation. To top things off, it happened in the middle of a tremendous heat wave. I had spent all day driving around in 110-degree weather looking at cars. I had not ever shopped at Nissan of Cool Springs before (I live in Murfreesboro) and it was not my first stop. As soon as I got there, everyone was super friendly and I talked with Steve about what we needed. Upon going out to see the first car that Steve suggested, he noticed that my eight year old was enamored with the balloons and offered to get him one. That was just the start of everyone in my family being happy! We were all tired and stressed and “High Speed Steve” brought fun back into our car buying experience. I got a great deal on my car (a Nissan Altima), but that was not the best part of my experience. Steve was great. He treated me with honesty and respect. My meeting with Lance concerning my paperwork was easy and quick. Overall, I walked in thinking this whole experience is just dreadful and walked out thinking I got lucky. I got a great car at a great price and I found a car dealership that I will always use. Thanks so much to the whole team at Nissan of Cool Springs for helping me through a bad situation. I am a customer for life! More
