After having some unpleasant experiences in the past with car dealerships, I was pleasantly surprised to meet Greg Smith. He was quick to offer his services and very friendly right away. He truly made the car buying experience a positive one. I knew that I was interested in purchasing a Juke, but did not know much about them. He took me to look at one and started explaining all the different features. He was very thorough, but explained things in a way that was easy for me to understand. As I took the car for a test drive, he continued to explain the different features and was patient with me while I figured everything out. After returning to the dealership and starting paper work, he walked me through the entire process and made it as easy as possible. I ended the day with a beautiful new car and a positive experience. Greg made the whole day enjoyable and as stress free as possible. I would recommend Greg and the Nissan of Cool Springs dealership to any of my friends or family interested in purchasing a new car. My son purchased a 2012 Altima from Ronnie Adams. Ronnie was friendly, informative and not pushy. A few weeks later, I decided to purchase a new Murano and there was no question where I would go. I called Ronnie Adams and told him exactly what I wanted. He was ready for me when I arrived and did everything he could to make sure the deal went smooth with no hassles. I could not have had a better experience. We called ahead and they were waiting on us when we arrived. I had been looking for several months before and knew exactly what I wanted. After a small time discussing price, we were able to come to a extremely reasonable deal. Everything after that was painless and easy. I think I was there for a total of 3 hours and I felt comfortable the entire time.
