Such a great experience buying my first new car; Kyle was great! When I originally came in, Kyle knew I was looking at a Black Rogue, but I saw the 2013 Sentra in the show room, and asked to drive that; I di great! Then I sat in the Altima, asked to test drive that, from the second I got behind the wheel, I knew that had to be my car! Unlike the sales person I talked to at the Nissan dealership in Gallatin, Kyle was more than helpful when it came to seeing different cars, and letting me know what my options were. I am so glad I got the original call from Michael Brown welcoming me to the Cool Springs dealership after I had gotten sponsored for the VPP discount. The other Nissan dealer I went to didn't seem as excited when I told them I was eligible for that. It is so great to see a car company whose employees are so eager to share the dependability, and quality of their product. I talked to quite a few sales people there, and they were all genuinely passionate about their job, and the product they sell. I was convinced I wanted a black cross over with black leather interior, and I drove off the lot in a pearl white sedan with beige, soon to be leather interior. I pulled a complete 180 on Kyle, but he let me see what I wanted to see! Josh Miller also helped in making sure that I am completely satisfied with my new car.
