I came to Nissan of Cool Springs to look at a used Nissan Altima my husband found on their website. After looking at and driving the car, my husband and I decided to buy it. Nissan of Cool Springs was the fifth dealership we had been to in the last week, because no other one could get us to the payment we could afford, and most wouldn't even let us pick out for ourselves the car that we liked the most. In all honesty, by the time we got to Nissan, our spirits were a little down on finding a car that would be perfect for our family, but Nissan went above and beyond to make us more than thrilled! Once we agreed on a payment and price that my husband and I could afford our interest rate went up just a bit, but Nissan of Cool Springs discounted our car even lower than the unbelievable low price that we already had haggled to recieve. I was overjoyed at the compassion and generousness that they showed us to ensure our satisfaction! Our dealer, Steve Bubel was amazing, and I know now that the next time I need another car, I won't even hesitate to return to Nissan of Cool Springs! I would recommend them first to anyone in need of any car because not only were they outstanding, they had a HUGE selection of new and pre-owned vehicles! After driving off the lot, we found two very minors issues with our vehicle, and before I even had a chance to call our dealer Steve about it, he called me himself to check on me and told me to bring the car in and fixed both issues free of charge in about 15 minutes! Our experience was absolutely not that of what the standard car dealership experience is, it was beyond exceptional! Thank you so very much to the entire staff, but especially Steve Bubel, at Nissan of Cool Springs!! More

I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to buy a new car the dealership seems to seriously make sure you leave satisfied they really care about there customers which is hard to find in a dealership anymore most try to put you in something they want you to buy this dealership no pressuring at all. I will be back to buy another car and deal with Steve he is a great down to earth person with no pressuring I told him what I wanted and he delivered. More
I had contacted Ralph last year when I was considering an X-Terra for doing my work in the field. He was so helpful and friendly that I actually hated to tell him I had to turn down the X-Terra because of th X-Terra for doing my work in the field. My experience with him had been so positive that I was glad to find that I was still in the computer for having worked with Ralph as I'd forgotten his name. Again, it was a pleasure working with him. Through my employer, I am eligible for the VPP discount at Nissan. When I applied for my VPP id, I was contacted by Pat Pointer at Nissan of Cool Springs. Via email, I let Pat know that my wife and I wan at Nissan. When I applied for my VPP id, I was contacted by Pat Pointer at Nissan of Cool Springs. Via email, I let Pat know that my wife and I wanted to come in and drive both a Rogue and a Pathfinder to see if either would meet our needs. When we got to the dealership, we were greeted by Pat and let him know that we wanted to drive the base model (the S model) of each vehicle, and weren't interested in paying for a lot of extras that we really did not need. At no point did Pat try to up-sell us, and we did a test drive of both a Rogue S and a Pathfinder S. After the test drives, we told Pat that we liked the Pathfinder the best and wanted to see what they could do for us on the price and financing. The entire experience was very pleasant, and at no time did we feel pressured like at most dealerships. We ended up getting the price that we wanted on the vehicle that we wanted. Pat even made sure that we got the color combination that we wanted. The exact Pathfinder that we wanted was not on the lot, but on a storage lot down in Spring Hill. The next day, Pat personally went down to Spring Hill and found our vehicle and drove it back to the dealership. When I went to pick up the car the next evening, it was clean, gassed up and ready to go. We will definitely go back to Nissan of Cool Springs the next time we are in the market for a vehicle. More
The mark of a championship team is the ability to make adjustments when some things don't go well. The original sale was for a 2012 Frontier that was in inventory at a different dealership. Somewhere in the process the vehicle was sold by that dealership. That vehicle was replaced with a 2013 not as attractively priced but very good for a 2013. This vehicle was also in inventory at another dealership and delivery was delayed. In the interest of customer relations some additional considerations were made and off-set my frustrations. Nissan, as a corporation, also works hard to be a great community partner. They provide sponsorship for houses for Habitat for Humanity and allow their employees time to help with the construction. They also provide vehicles for the Williamson County HFH and other support. I very much appreciate these effort and encourage others to at least consider them when purchasing a vehicle. More

It was Isaac who convinced me to to even consider buying the day of when I had just been hoping to get a closer up view of the Juke. After our first ride in the Juke I knew that no matter what, the experience of buying and learning all the details of the Juke would be fun and interesting due to Isaac's knowledge and overall friendliness. His willingness to work with me in an honest and personable manner made me go from having a 10min conversation to spending my entire afternoon and evening contemplating on buying my new ride. In most circumstances I would have tried to avoid a salesman when I had no thought in my mind of purchasing, but with Isaac's personality and knowledge, I thought I'd give this a chance and Isaac did not disappoint as he was quick to answer any and all questions and made me feel as I was his first and only priority. I would gladly recommend Nissan of Cool Springs to any friend looking to buy, and this is 95% due to Isaac being the most comfortable and personable salesman I have ever dealt with in any line of work.
