My experience with the Cool Springs Nissan Dealership was a pleasant experience. My salesperson, Dave Carey, was extremely helping from my initial contact with him. He responded to all my inquiries within a timely manner. Due to circumstances not within his control, Dave was unable to deliver the car on the scheduled day I was promised however he did deliver it a couple days later and actually delivered it to my house. He took the time to answer all my questions as well as go over all the features of the car. He is very personable and was extremely patient with me the day of delivery. He even programmed my garage door opener on my car and this was helpful. I would recommend Nissan to family and friends mainly due to the pleasing customer services qualities Dave has. I need to also mention that the finance manager, Martin Lang, was extremely helpful as well with the paperwork. More

Thoroughly enjoyed my experience! Paul Stamatis took the pain out of a new purchase experience. He listened attentively and had me taken care of completely. In & out with a detail in about 2 hours. We drove into the dealership and walked into the showroom to inquire about the Nissan Rogue. Jack Utz greeted us and then waited for us to tell him about our car interest. He was the friendliest person I have ever encountered in sales. He was very patient and waited for us to ask questions but steered us to the cars we inquired. Every question we asked he had knowledge to answer. We had plenty of time to look and test drive the vehicle and never felt pressured to buy nor received a sales pitch. We traded a car and Jack and Steve were very fair in negotiations. Jack has followed up with us and gave us his card if we have further questions. He was helpful in setting up the Bluetooth with my phone and was available if I had other questions. He pointed out a few other things about the car to help me adjust to the new vehicle. I highly recommend Jack to any potential car buyers! When I called my mom to tell her about the new car, she even drove an hour and bought one from Jack also. I trusted Jack to be fair with my mother and he helped her above and beyond any other salesman ever. Great place to do business! More

I use the USAA car buyer service and financing. I was referred to Cool Springs though that service. once I arrived, I was promptly and proffesionally served by Andy Patton on the sales staff and Donnie referred to Cool Springs though that service. once I arrived, I was promptly and proffesionally served by Andy Patton on the sales staff and Donnie Hulan in finance. The car and price were just as promised through the service. I use the service because it promises price to always be right and I will get in and out quickly without my valuable time being wasted. Cool Springs delivered on both those promises. More

I bought my first car in 2010 with Nissan and had a great experience, so I went back again in 2013 to buy my second car. It's been horrible ever since. My buying experience with Pat Pointer was horrible. He took his sweet time and the car buying process took about 4-5 hours. Not to mention when I came down there to sign all of the final paperwork, he hadn't even contacted a single bank to find me a loan. Once I bought the car, two weeks later, my AC went out on a trip back from Atlanta when we still had 2 hours left to drive, and my 18 month old was stuck in the backseat, beat red in the face. Needless to say, I was livid. I called to tell Nissan about the problem the next business day, and they tried charging me $1,050(!) to fix it. I refused and had to put up a huge fight, but eventually, they covered it. I also had issues getting my tags. My temp tags expired before I got my permanent tags, and turns out, they had my permanent tags all along. They just never called to tell me. And speaking of horrible communication, between Nissan and the bank that financed me, nobody ever contacted me regarding my car payment. It took me two weeks calling Nissan, leaving voicemails with no returned calls to finally learn that I was two months behind on payment, accrued a late fee, and was turned into collections. I hadn't received a single phone call or an invoice in the mail. So, I had to come up with two months of car payments on the spot that was equivalent to my rent. In the past week, my car has died 5 times and yesterday I had to buy a brand new battery. Nissan has provided HORRIBLE customer service, not cared one bit, and had beyond poor communication. I will not be going back nor referring anyone to Nissan like I have in the past. More
