I did and when I got there and was taken to the finance room it started. They could do this or that but couldn’t do the agreement we made on the phone. I walked out and went to Matthew’s Nissan in Clarksville and bought a new car. More

He stayed on top of the detailing work that needed to be done before we could take possession and presented the car to us. A couple of days after the sale I got a card from Ms. Amber Marx thanking me and giving me her contact information. Consequently, I called her to discuss the sales process. I made a couple of suggestions and she discussed them with me frankly and openly. I mentioned to her a couple of minor disappointments I had with the car. When I picked up my license I stopped by her office and thanked her for all her help. I mentioned the minor disappointments and she came up with a solution that would resolve both of them. She was extremely helpful and assisted me at every turn. She is a valuable asset to your dealership! More

Worst dealership I have ever been to, first had to wait 3 hours for them to supposedly clean the car I was buying then get insulted with my check was denied by some online service they use now I have to driv hours for them to supposedly clean the car I was buying then get insulted with my check was denied by some online service they use now I have to drive 45 minutes back to give them a cashiers check. I have bought many Nissans and always pay with check never had a problem until this dealership. Once you agree to the price, you no longer matter. I will never use this dealership again and will advise others. I recommend you visit Nissan in Rivergate, they treat you right and know what making a sale means for future business and referrals.
