I was impressed with the service that I received from Nissan of Cool Springs. We were allowed to view the cars at our own leisure and when we had a question the manager was there to assist us briefly bef Nissan of Cool Springs. My wife and I were interested in trading in a paid for vehicle and purchasing another vehicle. My wife met Richard, and took the Versa on a test drive, at the end of which, I joined them and then tested another similar vehicle. With Richard, we examined all the available vehicles that met our specifications, Richard even researching other locations to give us more selections.
