My Interaction with Noami Walker was very pleasant. She comes across as a very humble and honest sales representative. She was keen to explain the features of the car, take me for a test drive and also pat comes across as a very humble and honest sales representative. She was keen to explain the features of the car, take me for a test drive and also patiently help me through the commerical aspect. She did not rush through the event and her dedication to the process did not dip even when I was not ready to commit. Her perseverence influenced me in a positive way to purchase the vehicle.I think Nissan at Cool springs has a very valuable executive and with her, the organisation will grow leaps and bounds. My experience with the dealership was amazing... i was actually pleasantly surprised at the service and help with my car. With temperatures in the 30's, my drivers side window would not roll up. i took it in without an appointment and i was shuttled to work, once they looked at the car they realized it would need a part that wouldn't be in until the next day Without hesitation i was given a rental car and sent on my way.... as promised the next day my car was ready, and cleaned. WOW.... what amazing service... it was all about my schedule and how i was going to get around in this weather!! thank you! Regina More
Immediate response with no sales pressure. I had visited many dealers over the course of 4 days and each dealer seemed to have no respect for my time. I would be kept in their showroom for 3 to 4 hours, as many dealers over the course of 4 days and each dealer seemed to have no respect for my time. I would be kept in their showroom for 3 to 4 hours, as if that is a treat. Most people do not like car buying experiences. I am one of them. I like convenience. If I can explain what I am looking for, and they can tell me they have it at the right price, and all of that can be done in 30 minutes or less, convenience carries the day. Jonathan and his team made it simple. I appreciate the follow up and staying on top of things, as my life is too complicated to get bogged down in stuff that is necessary, but in the scheme of things, not all that important.
