I had shopped online had the type vehicle, equipment and a price quote in hand. When she presented the numbers to the manager he came and greated me and he informed me that if he had that vehicle in stock he would sell it to me for the online price, no hassles, no negotiating. Truly hassle free. Mrs Freeman searched the inventory and found the very car I was looking for with all the equipment. I am a previous Nissan Altima owner and my vehicle was serviced by this dealership, and I am very pleased with the new product. I don't like my new Altima, I love it. The little improvements to the new one are very noticable, nice and greatly appreciated. Again, Mrs Freeman is an asset to the dealership and Nissan Corporation. My Husband and I were visiting your dealership looking for a used car with low millage and ship in gas. I have to drive at list 80 miles per day and the gas price was killing my budget. Mr. Terry Cross attended us and I want you to be proud of such an employee. The service was amazing. We were able to explain Terry what we was looking for and our available budget. In minutes, he was showing us our choices. He answered on all our questions, was very helpful and we end up with the purchase of 2010 Nissan Sentra. After we have the car, my husband decides to return it and change for another car more comfortable to us. Mary Greer (Owner Loyalty Manager) and Terry Cross (sales agent) were very nice with us. They were able to help us very quick, friendly and effectible. Now we are driving our dream car!!!!! I appreciate this attitude and believe that you trained your staff very professionally. Went in for my 30k service and worked with Jennifer the service person. I had to take the shuttle to get to work,but she called me when the work was done and I picked it up after work. I have serviced my c service person. I had to take the shuttle to get to work,but she called me when the work was done and I picked it up after work. I have serviced my car there when it was not the "auto mall" but now the service department seems to have gotten it together. I like the place, I'll be back. More
We came in to buy a new car. Overall experience was great and everyone was very friendly. Loved the Starbucks coffee. Didn't have great credit by any means, but we were told that they could get us app great and everyone was very friendly. Loved the Starbucks coffee. (I was like yeah right) It was a high interest rate but they got us approved when no other dealership was able to. Sam our salesman was top notch. He was very nice and thourough. He would call to touch base with us and to find out our intentions but we never felt like he was being too pushy as so many other dealerships have in the past. The day we were to pick up the car up was his day off and he had personal appointments to go to. He called us though the night before and had it all set up with another salesman. We walked in and were greeted promptly and taken care of. I would definitely go to this dealership again. More
