We decided very quickly to Buy from Jonathon at Nissan Cool Springs. Jonathon went out of his way to find us the exact 2012 Nissan Altima we wanted. Car was delivered quickly and the Sales experience from Nissan of Cool Springs was excellent. Everyone was Helpful and Friendly--Steve the Sales Manager was a Pleasure to work with and a genuinely likable Person. The Finance Dept even got us a great deal on Financing when our financing fell through at the Last minute. So the Bottom Line: I would recommend Jonathon Pragel and Nissan of Cool Springs to all my friends and Family without hesitation and My next Nissan will come from there as well!! More
September I went to Nissan Cool Springs to test drive a car. Cool Springs did not have the car I wanted but they found me a car at another dealer. Chistine sold me the car that was at another dealership. I paid for that car in full with check, got receipt with VIN. I was told that the car would be delivered to Cool Springs in a matter of a couple of days. The car was never produced. I happened to find this very same car at a dealer in South Carolina. I contacted that dealership to find out that Cool Springs Nissan had never contacted them....and that they would NEVER trade with a dealer so far away. (It appears that Stu and Christine meerely went to the internet to find a car with the features I was looking for so I would not leave without buying one that day.) Then STU at Cool Springs told me they had a car for me. When I got there it was a different car at a higher cost to me. [Bait & Switch?] After many weeks and a threat from my attorney they refunded my check. Stu and Christine are seem to be completely unable to tell the truth. They have given Cool Springs Nissan a real BLACK EYE! I understand that they are no longer emplyed at this dealership, so watch out...they and their dishonesty are sure to be at another car lot. More
My wife and I found the exact truck we wanted (2010 Nissan Xterra), on the Nissan of Cool Springs web site. We filled out the contact form on the site, and were immediately contacted by Jonathan Prage Nissan Xterra), on the Nissan of Cool Springs web site. We filled out the contact form on the site, and were immediately contacted by Jonathan Pragel. Jonathan was fantastic to work with. He was very easy to talk to, didn't pressure us, and got us all the information we requested about the vehicle. I called Jonathan on a Friday, and made arrangements for my wife and I to come in that night to see the vehicle. We were not sure we could work a deal, because we had a trade-in that we still owed quite a bit for. We met Jonathan, took a test drive of the vehicle, made the deal, and drove home with the 2010 Xterra that night. The whole process took just a couple hours. It was one of the easiest automobile buying experiences I've ever had. We were stunned at the good deal we received, which included paying off our trade-in in full. We got the financing we were looking for, and the payment we wanted. Jonathan and the finance team even stayed after the dealership closed, to finish our deal. We are very pleased with our Xterra, and will definitely come back to Nissan of Cool Springs in the future. We hope to be able to work with Jonathan again. We have already recommended Nissan and the Nissan of Cool Springs dealership to my mother, who is currently looking to trade in her vehicle for a new one. She took the time to carefully show me all of the features related to the Armada, and was very patient with me during the test drive. Unlike many sales professionals, she didn't push me into the next step of the buying process. That probably made me even more comfortable to move forward. Because the car was priced fairly, the negotiating segment was brief, which I greatly appreciated. Next I was sent to Daniel's office to complete the financing portion of the buying process. He couldn't have made it easier on me. Daniel took the time to clearly explain everything that I needed to sign. He laid out the options for warranty, etc, and was not pushy when I declined. (My husband clearly instructed me not to get any add-ons, but Daniel's explanation of them was great and I would have bought them otherwise!) He sent me on my way with an understanding of what I needed to return to him. Very professional and friendly! Finally, Nancy helped me get my old car cleaned out, and gave me one last tutorial on my new car. She went above and beyond to make sure I wouldn't leave with questions. I initially came into the show room with my son to wait for him to get his car worked on incase I had to take him to work if the car wasn't finished. I knew that I wanted to trade my car in but also knew I was way to upside down to work anything out so i was not in the mindset to buy at that time at all. After talking with Michael and a few of the sales team members I test drove an ultima. The quality of the Ultima and the options that came with it were actually perfect. To my surprise it was much nicer then I thought it would be as I had my heart set on a Maxima when the time came to actually trade in my Mazda. That being said, with alot of patience and excellent customer service from the finance department they were able to make the numbers work for me well enough for me to drive away 6 hours later with a brand new car! How does that happen? Well it did. I would absolutely recommend Nissan of Cool Springs to anyone in the market to purchase a car. Michael was very thorough, patient and friendly throughout the entire process. The finance team and rest of the staff we wonderful as well from beginning to the very end of the process. More

I actually went by just to see the different options available on the Rogue, but I came home with a new vehicle. He was very patient with me during my many questions about the different options available. Rich made me feel very comfortable and was very personable with us. Next, we met with Danny in the finance department and that was a pleasant experience as well. I work in the customer service industry, and all of these people were very professional.
