I was promply greeting by Richard being extremelly friendly and not pushy at all which is a huge bonus in my mind. After searching the inventory they allowed me to demo the car for a couple hours to make sure I was making the right decision on the type of car I wanted. The car was excellent and everything I wanted. I didn't have to haggle back and forth for hours on price. I offered a fair price for the new car as well as the trade in and we worked out a mutually beneficial price.
