When I came into the dealership with appointment the front counter person stated the sales person I had an appointment with wasn't there. After I told her I know he is there as I have an appointment she front counter person stated the sales person I had an appointment with wasn't there. After I told her I know he is there as I have an appointment she found that he was on the phone. Michael Brown answered my inquire within the hour I sent it about the vehicle I was looking at. Nashville Nissan never returned my inquiry. The initial offer for my trade was $1500 less than rough trade although the vehicle should have been rated as clean trade and was after intense negotiation with Sales Manager. At the end I did receive the vehicle and offer I was looking for. More

What a great experience! I have been buying cars for the last 40 years and this is the first time where I came in with information that I gathered from web sites and the dealer accepted them without any hag last 40 years and this is the first time where I came in with information that I gathered from web sites and the dealer accepted them without any haggling. The salesman was extremely helpful instructing us about all the bells and whistles on our new Murano and even sent the car back to the service detp because he was not happy with the detailing of the car. The service dept is also great and is the main reason we came to Cools Springs Nissan to buy our new vehicle. They are very friendly and honest - something you don't see at other service depts. They even recommended that we have glass repairs done by another provider in the city because they would be cheaper. Now that is an honest service dept. More

We hadn't plan to purchase a new vehicle that night and Richard was soooo helpful. He helped us work though what vehicle was right for us, size, mileage and cost. By the end of the night we were driving off in a 2012 Rogue! We LOVE our new Rogue!! The vehicle features are exactly what we needed and price was great!
