My experience at Nissan of Cool Springs was pleasantly surprising.. It was a low pressure environment with friendly sales and finance staff who were great at presenting alternative options based on budget surprising.. They were unclear about the base price of the vehicle, wich I later found the exact car from their dealership advertised for on Edmonds.com for almost $1500 less than where their "starting price" was. But I should have done my homework. In the end I feel I did come away with a good deal including trade in value for my 4runner. They also recommended a great place when I mentioned I wanted to change the cloth interior for leather. More

My main aggravation with shopping for cars is the pushiness of the sales people who at the first sight of you pulling onto the lot are hovering like swarming bees to be the first to speak to you. But when I came to Nissan Cool Springs to shop for a late-model pre-owned vehicle I met Greg Smith, who had just come on board and was occupying the seat of a young man whom I had spoken with a couple of days earlier and was no longer there. It was a fortunate thing for me because I have been monitoring the Nissan CS lot for almost two months now and have been talking with Greg the whole while. His approach to the sales process, in my opinion, should be replicated with all your staff (if it is not already). He has been - to sum it up with one word descriptives - knowledgable, amiable, patient, persistent, attentive, helpful, likeable, active, and welcoming each and every time I have come in to drive - or look at - another car (and it has been several). Greg is a great ambassador and conduit to the continued success and reputation that I believe is building under the new management of your dealership. I pleasant change to me and one I hope to continue to experience in the future. If you continue to employ personnel such as Greg, I know that this will come to fruition for you.
