This was by far the best dealer purchasing experience that I have had, used or new. Michael and his manager Steve moved the process along quickly and with very little hassle. Once I decided to purchase the car, I indicated my need for a quick close, and they delivered. After the sale, my car needed to go for emissions testing as part of the transaction, and Michael came to my office, picked up the car, and did it himself. The whole process of trading in a car was a new experience for me, so I am glad we had Rich Williams as our Sales Representative. Rich Williams was friendly, knowledgeable, and very patient with me. After test driving four cars I new which models I liked. From here Rich was very thorough in helping me determine the best car for my limited budget. Any question I had he was happy to answer. He was on his toes almost all day between getting me estimates and going on test drives. I chose a 2012 Nissan Sentra. It's a nice size car and has fun features on it. The Back Up camera and the Bluetooth system are two of the features I am getting a kick out of I tend to become attached to my cars, so the whole experience made it easier for me to drive away in my first brand new car. This is the second car in 2-ish years I have purchased from Richard Williams. I always request him when I come into the dealership. He is incredibly knowledgeable, patient, sincere, and trustworthy. The purchase of my Rogue in December 2009 was my first new car purchase, so I spent almost 9 hours at the dealership going over numbers and test driving and asking a million questions. Rich and Chris Creque were incredibly patient with me and did everything in their power to be sure I had the right car, the right price, and that I was comfortable with the purchase deal. (Not to mention that 9 hours led to some serious hunger and Chris shared some of his lunch with me. Talk about hospitality and kindness.) When I came back in last week to trade in my Rogue and upgrade to a newer Rogue, Richard and Chris were able to make me a generous offer and had me in and out of the dealership in 1/3 the time as my last visit. This is largely due to the fact that they have proven themselves to be trustworthy, fair, and kind, and I had no doubt they had my best interest in mind. I have always looked forward to returning to the dealership for my oil changes and such because I know they know me by name and have no trouble convincing me they are happy to see me. I truly wouldn't know what to do or where to go for my next car if Richard and Chris weren't there.
