Pat was patient, friendly and helpful. He did not apply any pressure on pricing, features or other issues that have been used in past experiences with car purchases. I drove up to Nissan Cool Springs on a Sunday to find a door sign reading "Closed on Sundays." Lucky for me they were open for an end of month special sales event. I was greeted by Paul, who was very friendly and immediately offered myself and my parents beverages. We got straight down to business as we had come specifically to look at Altimas, and within less than an hour Paul had me sold. I was very put at ease by Paul and everyone else at the dealership. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable -- even though they were having to work on their normal day off! Paul was able to get me into the 2.5S model of the Altima with a monthly payment in the range I had asked for, as well as helping me call in to Geico for bridge insurance coverage, as my normal provider is not open on Sundays. This was my first car buying experience, and I was very pleased with the service I received. I love my new car! More
