We also particularly found the Financing Agent a pleasure to deal with. This could be the worst part of buying a car - but actually it turned out to be among the best! Our Financing Agent kept things light, shared his insights, was not "high pressure" and a great sense of humor! All in all - the whole experience was smooth, easy and pleasurable. We were greeted well by all of the staff and ended up speaking with Jonathan Pragel, who plugged-in our initial requests and assisted in a test drive of the vehicle we ultimately purchased. Even though we ended-up spending close to 4 hours in the process (which for the life of me I never have understood about car dealerships) it was a pleasant experience, resulting in us getting into a vehicle that was a perfect fit for us. The pricing was really quite competitive,and the incentives were amazing. We actually got into a lot more car for the money than we had anticipated.
