Negotiated a deal on a truck, but wanted to go through my own credit union. They first wanted me to put a deposit on the truck to hold it. I said no, if it’s not here, I’ll just find another. So first thing the next morning I went to the credit union. I got the ball rolling and a purchase agreement sent by 830am. They were blowing my phone up all day. Finally they said the truck was sent to detail, and everything would be ready the next day. My wife and I showed up with a live check after a long day of work. Salesman took us to the desk filled out paperwork for 30 minutes, then said I’ll be right back. After another 45 minutes my wife asked where our salesman was. We were told he had gone to Costco to fill the truck up. So I voiced my opinion then asked why it wasn’t ready as promised. We’re backed up is the answer I got. Well why aren’t we with the finance department while we wait? Oh, there are 3 people ahead of you. Yes, I got loud. A person i assume was a manager ran to the back, then came back out. Amazing how fast the finance office was empty and waiting. I saw no other people anywhere near the office. After another 30 minutes there we finally got the truck we came after. Second rate dealership. Go where someone is happy to take time with their customers. I’ll never go back again, not ever. Would give one star, but I like the truck. More
