Service (Maxima Air Conditioner Service) I dropped my car off for service (no air, compressor would not engage). Kevin called me promptly the next day with the diagnoses. He indicated the car would be ready on Saturday afternoon and he was willing to wait on me if I couldn't get there by closing time (that's service!) He also noted my car had a recall on it. He had to order a part and will call me when the part comes in. There are many companies and individuals who can perform a service. The difference maker is customer service. I also thought the repair cost was excellent compared to other local Nissan Dealers. Great job Kevin! Thanks More
