Hi, Brian. Were you perhaps you were thinking of Autonation Brandon, where your 2012 Juke was sold. For some reason we are not finding record of any purchases under your name at this dealership, other than the one time we had your Juke in for a recall last year. I apologize if this is in error. I was able to reach out to David and Frank regarding your interaction. It was explained to me and documented in our system that the vehicle you were interested in had just arrived to our lot and had not undergone an inspection with one of our technicians. When asked if we could give a ball park price on what the vehicle was going to be sold for, this was given in estimation and not an actual offer for sale. Unfortunately, the technician discovered that this vehicle needed far more work than we had anticipated from the visual inspection. In order to bring this vehicle up to our safety standards it required a new motor mount and brake replacement, which naturally raised the reconditioning costs for pricing. Frank explained this to you and we did our best to work with you on the pricing. We normally make it a rule not to honor requests for pre-inspection estimates for this very reason. We are very sorry for the disappointment and had no intention to cause upset or give the appearance of deceit. We believe in honesty and transparency. Nissan Bradenton was under different ownership when I bought the cars from the dealership, Marty Sharp was the salesman which we became friends, I did not buy the Juke new so your miss interpretation of the other vehicles I purchased from your dealership is incorrect. Your salesman Frank and your used car manager DID NOT try to make any deals with me, they never contacted me! There's more than one side to every story.

Thats correct because they added $2000 to the price for brakes and an engine mount which is insane. So no they DID NOT want to work with me. Please get your facts straight. Thank you
