over the phone I never bought a car from Ray but I met him over the phone when my wife and I were stuck in our car. We were stranded and could not start the car. Th I never bought a car from Ray but I met him over the phone when my wife and I were stuck in our car. We were stranded and could not start the car. The key was dead and we could not start the car. Ray had me touch the Nissan emblem on the top of the key to the silver ring around the push start. I couldn't believe it but it worked. We were able to start the car and get home. Yes, we replaced the battery lol. I'm 65 yrs old and just wanted to let the dealer know the value of a quality person like Ray. Great customer service More

He was easy to talk to and introduced us to Albert and Peter. It showed that Brett cared by including his manager in way to help us understand the value and how pricing compared. Gave us confidence that the what we were paying for the car was very fair but what he really stressed is that we were happy with our purchase. This is what counts the most to me is that I feel I got what I wanted and very happy. Brett showed us several models and we were very happy to choose the Sentra. The sales and financing was very good experience, went through quicker than any other dealer ship sales processes and very informative. I hope Brett is at the deanship in the next three years when I come back for a new car. More

Nothing but the best Called in to request regular maintenance (oil and filter change, tire rotation) as always Dustin provided the best Customer Service got me scheduled w Called in to request regular maintenance (oil and filter change, tire rotation) as always Dustin provided the best Customer Service got me scheduled when I needed, dropped of my car on Friday as usually do. Saturday received a call from Sean it appeared that my Pathfinder had a recall since the car was already being serviced he suggested it be inspected to see if it needed the issue to be fixed. Few hours later in fact it did need to be repaired. Without hesitation he quickly accommodated a rental for me to utilize while my pathfinder was being serviced. I was happy to hear back from Dustin sooner that expected that she was all done. Picking up my vehicle as always a breeze treated with the upmost courtesy.It is pleasure to have my vehicle serviced there at Nissan. More
