Lisa, Good morning. Thank you for taking the time to give me some feedback on your recent experience with our service center. I appreciate your honesty both the negative and the positive. We are new to the Bradenton area but are not new to the automotive business. We are part of the Garber Automotive Group and have been in business over a century now. I promise you this will NOT fall on deaf ears and you now have my attention. I will use this as a coaching moment for the staff and we will either get our people better or we will get better people. Its that simple. I agree that if a part is ordered we should be contacting you when it arrives. You should not have to contact us. In addition a pet peeve of mine is no one acknowledging a customer when they walk into a room. Lastly, in addition to the rental we use currently we have just added loaners to our service department by appointment only. These cars should be ready for use in the next week or so. I promise you we will be the best sales in service operation in this market. If for any reason you are not satisfied for any reason I want you to call me directly and I will get involved.
