Poor customer service in the service dept 2 different times I needed service on my new car. Both times the customer service from the initial service staff was poor. There is however a female 2 different times I needed service on my new car. Both times the customer service from the initial service staff was poor. There is however a female employee who was outstanding once I voiced my dissatisfaction. She went out of her way to assist me Since I work I have to have my service done on a weekend so perhaps limited staff is the issue but the feeling I got both times was I was an annoyance to the initial service staff Should really do customer service training How to greet someone when they walk in for an appointment, understand they may be occupied with a customer but it takes a second to assure someone they are in the right spot for their appointment, they may understand the service process but a customer does not. To completely not acknowledge a customer has walked in the door, not even look up from their task is poor service As I said female employee was awesome but I had to complain after standing there for a little while and being completely ignored Also really poor that there are no courtesy cars for those of us that work and can’t be without transportation on a work day. If it is a warranty issue Nissan should provide alternate transportation. Would also reduce the number of service needs on the weekend Most dealerships provide this service and frankly I will consider this when I am ready to but my next car. Also they needed to order a new part for my new car and when I asked if they would call me when the part was in so I could schedule the service I was told no I would have to call in every day and ask if the part was in. What??? What kind of service is that? Nissan may get initial new car buyers as the product is a good value for the price but I wonder what the repeat customer volume is? More

Outstanding From the second we struck up a conversation with Frank, it was apparent a deal was imminent...Frank was so helpful all the way through the process fro From the second we struck up a conversation with Frank, it was apparent a deal was imminent...Frank was so helpful all the way through the process from financial to test drive and yet he then let US make the final decision...that sealed the deal as there was no high pressure.....we really hope Frank understands what a key role he played and we will talk up the dealership at every opportunity to others.....thanks to the great staff there too....all were nice and helpful but none pressed us....we'll be back....thanks Frank!!!! Fantastic Service Top marks for Linda Casey at the service center. Took my Nissan Rogue in for an oil service and tire rotation, and was out in less than hour. Clean Top marks for Linda Casey at the service center. Took my Nissan Rogue in for an oil service and tire rotation, and was out in less than hour. Clean waiting lounge with the warm smell of popcorn was a nice touch. I've had the Rogue on lease for 7 months now, and this was my second service appointment. This dealer takes care of you from sales, to manager, to service center, this is how a car dealer should be. More
