We were able to come in and tell them exactly what our family needed and we didn't have to do the whole "let me go talk to my manager thing." Yvonne and Albert were so sweet and very respectful of our time because we came in with our boys (who are 1 and 3). We were in and out of the dealership in 2 hours instead of half the day. There was even popcorn and toys to help entertain the boys while we did all the paperwork. Yvonne and Albert were very knowledgeable and they were able to get us into a model that was perfect for our little family.
